Non-Transferable Privileges Sample Clauses
The Non-Transferable Privileges clause establishes that certain rights or benefits granted under an agreement cannot be assigned, transferred, or delegated to another party. In practice, this means that if a party receives a specific privilege—such as access to proprietary information, use of a service, or membership status—those privileges remain exclusive to the original recipient and cannot be sold, given, or otherwise passed on to others. This clause is essential for maintaining control over who can exercise particular rights, thereby protecting the interests of the granting party and preventing unauthorized use or exploitation of the privileges.
Non-Transferable Privileges. Commuter Passenger Capacity authorized by Section 4.05 in this LICENSE and the Access Plan are not property interests of the LICENSEE and are non-transferable in any form, and as such, are not subject to sale, assignment, hypothecation, and transfer, by the LICENSEE under the terms of this Section. Any such attempted assignment, sale or other such attempted transfer of operations, privileges or Commuter Passenger Capacity is in violation of the public policy of the COUNTY and shall be void and shall constitute a breach and default of this LICENSE.
