Passenger capacity Clause Samples
The 'Passenger capacity' clause defines the maximum number of passengers permitted on a vehicle, vessel, or aircraft as specified in the agreement. This clause typically sets a clear numerical limit, ensuring that the operator does not exceed the safe or legally allowed occupancy. By establishing this boundary, the clause helps maintain safety standards, ensures compliance with regulations, and allocates responsibility for any breaches related to overcapacity.
