NON-SUPPORT Sample Clauses
The NON-SUPPORT clause establishes that one party is not obligated to provide financial support or assistance to the other party under the agreement. In practice, this means that neither party can claim alimony, maintenance, or similar support payments from the other, regardless of changes in circumstances or financial need. This clause serves to clearly define the financial independence of each party, preventing future disputes or claims for support that might otherwise arise.
NON-SUPPORT. The sabbatical proposal will be returned to the faculty member with recommendations to warrant the President’s support.
i. In the event where the College President does not support a sabbatical proposal, the faculty member may:
a) reconsider the President’s input and resubmit the sabbatical proposal to the President, or
b) rescind the sabbatical proposal, or
c) forward the sabbatical proposal to the Sabbatical Committee with the President’s comments and non- support.
