Common use of Non-Solicitation of Employees and Customers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Employees and Customers. During the Noncompetition Term, the Executive shall not, and shall use his best efforts to cause each business or entity with which he shall become associated not to, (i) solicit for employment or employ any person who is then employed or during the previous six months was employed in an executive or management position by the Company, or (ii) solicit then-existing customers of the Company.

Non-Solicitation of Employees and Customers. During While employed by the Noncompetition TermCompany and during the Non-competition Period thereafter, the Executive shall not, and shall use his best efforts directly or indirectly, for himself or for any other person, firm, corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association or other entity, attempt to cause each business employ or entity enter into any contractual arrangement with which he shall become associated not to, (i) solicit for employment any employee or employ any person who is then employed or during the previous six months was employed in an executive or management position by former employee of the Company, unless such employee or (ii) solicit then-existing customers former employee has not been employed by the Company for a period in excess of the Company.six months; and
