Common use of Non-Solicitation of Clients and Customers Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Clients and Customers. Xxxxx covenants and agrees that during the Employment Period and for a period of six (6) months thereafter, he will not solicit, either directly or indirectly, any customer or client of Altimmune on behalf of any direct competitor of Altimmune for the purpose of diverting business from Altimmune. This Agreement extends to prevent Xxxxx from soliciting on behalf of Xxxxx or any other individual or entity that seeks to compete with Altimmune.
