  • Residence Fees The Resident must pay the “Residence Fees” in accordance with the Rates and Payment Schedules detailed in Table 4 for the right to occupy a Room during the Term. Tables 2, 3 and 4 also detail additional Fees that the Resident is subject to, including the cost of Extended Terms. If a hard copy of this Agreement is required by the Manager, the Resident is required to select one of the payment schedule options, by initialing their desired option.

  • Agency Fees The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own respective account, fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon in writing upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

  • Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.

  • Use Fees In consideration of use of the Facilities, User shall pay MIT a fee according to the MIT.nano Facility Rate Chart, reflected on the MIT.nano website. Fees will be due and payable within 30 days following the receipt of MIT’s invoice and shall be paid in US Dollars, excluding taxes, withholding or impost of any kind.   • Nomination Fees The Allottee shall pay a sum calculated @ 2% of the Unit Price or the Nomination Price whichever is higher, plus applicable taxes, as and by way of nomination fees to the Promoter. It is clarified that inclusion of a new joint allottee or change of a joint allottee shall be treated as a nomination. However nomination fees shall not be payable in case of nomination in favour of parents, spouse or children of the Allottee. Any additional income tax liability that may become payable by the Promoter due to nomination by the Allottee because of higher market valuation as per the registration authorities on the date of nomination and/or the extra registration fees to be paid to the registration authorities due to nomination, shall be compensated by the Allottee paying to the Promoter agreed compensation equivalent to the income tax payable on such difference at the highest applicable tax rate at the prevailing time or the estimated extra registration fees. Such amount shall be payable by the Allottee on or before nomination. The Allottee admits and accepts that he shall not be entitled to nominate or assign his rights under this Agreement save in the manner indicated above.

  • Referral Fees If you were introduced to us through a solicitor, we may pay that solicitor a referral fee in accordance with Rule 206(4)-3 of the Advisers Act and applicable state securities laws. The referral fee shall be paid solely from the Advisory Fee as discussed above, and shall not result in any additional charge to you. If you were introduced to us through a solicitor, you acknowledge receipt of the written Solicitor Disclosure Statement disclosing the terms of the solicitation arrangement between us and the solicitor, including the compensation to be received by the solicitor from us.   • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.

  • ATM Fees If you use an ATM to obtain a cash advance and the ATM is not operated by us, you may be charged an ATM surcharge by the ATM operator or an ATM network utilized for such a transaction. The ATM surcharge may be charged to your account if you complete the transaction.
