Common use of Non-Renewal of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Non-Renewal of Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly acknowledge and agree that neither the election by a Party to not renew, and therefore to terminate, this Agreement pursuant to Section 3 nor the termination of Executive’s employment at the end of the Term in connection with any such election shall give rise to any severance or other payment or benefit to Executive under this Agreement.

Non-Renewal of Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly acknowledge and agree that neither the election by a Party to not renew, and therefore to terminate, renew or extend this Agreement pursuant to Section 3 nor the termination of Executive’s employment at the end of the Term in connection with any such election shall not give rise to any severance or other payment or benefit to Executive under this Agreement.
