Non-Recruitment of Employees. During the Restricted Period, You shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit, or induce any Employee to (i) terminate his employment relationship with Internap, or (ii) work for any other person or entity engaged in the Business. The restrictions set forth in this Section shall apply only to Employees (a) with whom You had Material Interaction, or (b) You, directly or indirectly, supervised.
