Common use of Non-Limitation Clause in Contracts

Non-Limitation. Nothing in this lease limits the right of the lessor to further develop the airport and to lease the same for any lawful purpose or to provide or discontinue services it deems necessary or desirable in its sole and absolute discretion, regardless of the desires of the lessee. If such developments result in a loss of right of way (section 13) for greater than 15 days continuously, lessee(s) shall be entitled to a refund of payments made for the duration of the loss.
