NON-INSTALLED ENGINES AND PARTS. (a) Lessee shall ensure that any Engine or Part that is not installed on the Airframe (or any other airframe as permitted by this Agreement) is, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, properly and safely stored and kept free from Security Interests (other than Permitted Liens), with insurance thereon complying with the requirements of this Agreement.
