Non-Grieveable Sample Clauses

A Non-Grieveable clause defines certain issues or actions that cannot be challenged or disputed through the formal grievance process outlined in an agreement, such as a collective bargaining agreement. In practice, this means that if a matter is designated as non-grieveable, employees or union representatives are not permitted to file a grievance regarding that specific issue, regardless of their dissatisfaction. This clause serves to limit the scope of disputes that can be formally raised, thereby streamlining conflict resolution and preventing the grievance process from being used for matters the parties have agreed are outside its reach.
