Common use of Non-Foreign Person Affidavit Clause in Contracts

Non-Foreign Person Affidavit. An affidavit from Seller in form reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser, certifying that Seller is not a foreign person or entity or non-resident alien under Section 1445 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
