Non-Exclusive Use. The License granted hereunder is expressly non-exclusive and neither the payment of any amounts hereunder by Licensee nor any other provision of this Agreement shall impair in any way Licensor’s rights or ability to negotiate with any person with respect to the use by such person of the Premises, except to the extent of the rights specifically granted to Licensee hereunder.
