Required Faa Clauses. The required FAA provisions contained in the attached Exhibit A are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the body of this Contract. All Services performed shall be in conformance with any and all applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration. In the event of conflict between the terms/conditions of Exhibit A and the body of the Contract, the terms/conditions of Exhibit A shall control.
