Common use of Non-Exclusive Use Clause in Contracts

Non-Exclusive Use. SMG shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to use or permit the use of any portion of the Facility other than the Authorized Areas to any person, firm or other entity regardless of the nature of the use of such other space.

Non-Exclusive Use. SMG shall have the rightright during the Event, in its sole discretion, to use on its own behalf, or permit the use of any portion of the Facility other than the Authorized Areas to by any person, firm or other entity entity, of any portion of the Facility, other than the Authorized Areas, regardless of the nature of the use of such other space.
