  • Non-Exclusive Use i. Lessor hereby grants Lessee the non-exclusive use of the Airport (together with all Improvements, runways, ramps, conveniences and appurtenances thereunto) in common with Lessor and other present and future lessees of Lessor, except such Improvements specifically leased herein and as may be leased by Lessor to other lessees presently or in the future.

  • Non-Exclusive Management Sub-Adviser, its officers, employees, and agents, may have or take the same or similar positions in specific investments for their own accounts, or for the accounts of other clients, as the Sub-Adviser does for the Fund. Adviser expressly acknowledges and understands that Sub-Adviser shall be free to render investment advice to others and that Sub-Adviser does not make its investment management services available exclusively to Adviser or the Fund.   • Non-Exclusive Rights Notwithstanding anything herein contained that may be, or appear to be, to the contrary, it is expressly understood and agreed that the rights granted under this Agreement are non-exclusive and Authority herein reserves the right to grant similar privileges to another lessee or other tenants on other parts of the Airport.
