Non-Exclusive Use. Tenant shall have non-exclusive use of the parking lot adjacent to the Premises, as depicted in Exhibit A. Tenant is responsible for improvements and maintenance of the parking lot, as described in Exhibit C and section 5.6.

Non-Exclusive Use means the use of a park or recreational facility pursuant to an Agreement issued under this chapter which does not prohibit or restrict the availability of that park or recreational facility to others.

Examples of Non-Exclusive Use in a sentence

  • Tenant covenants and agrees that not less frequently than once every ten years, Tenant shall slurry seal and restripe the loading areas and parking stalls on the Premises without cost to Landlord..All portions of the Premises, the Facility, and the Non-Exclusive Use Areas shall be maintained in first-class condition and repair, subject only to normal wear and tear.

  • This includes landscaping inside the Premises, as well as in the Non-Exclusive Use Areas, as depicted in Exhibit A and described in section 5.6.

  • Tenant shall take all steps necessary to enable it to commence, and will commence the construction of the Improvements and will diligently prosecute and complete maintenance ane improvements necessary to maintain the Facility, Premises, and Non-Exclusive Use Areas in Exhibit Cgood condition .

  • Tenant acknowledges that Tenant has non-exclusive use of the parking lot and associated improvements, and that Tenant is responsible for maintenance of the landscaping and lighting in the Non-Exclusive Use Areas in good condition, as described in section 5.6.

  • All Alterations, including exterior elevations and color thereof, and all such other improvements, shall be architecturally and aesthetically compatible and harmonious with the Facility, Premises, and Non-Exclusive Use Areas Berkeley Marina and any other buildings and improvements thereon to create a uniform general plan for the entire Berkeley Marina.

  • Any construction, reconstruction, alterations, additions, or improvements or remodeling, in, on, or about the Facility,the Premises or the Non-Exclusive Use Areas undertaken by or on behalf of Tenant from and after the Commencement Date (including without limitation the Improvements, “Alterations”) shall be governed by this Ground Lease.

  • The District may, from time to time, install directional or traffic signage and/or, with Tenant’s prior written consent which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, establish, modify, amend, and enforce reasonable “Rules and Regulations” for the management, safety, maintenance and repair of any part of the Access Route or the Non-Exclusive Use Areas.

  • The District may enter on or pass through the Premises, the Non-Exclusive Use Areas or other District property to deliver fuel to vehicles, including Tenant’s vehicles as agreed between District and Tenant.

  • Tenant shall not utilize any of the Non-Exclusive Use Areas for the storage of any of its equipment, inventory, vehicles or any other personal property and agrees that all equipment, inventory, vehicles or other personal property shall only be stored within the Premises except as expressly set forth in this Lease.

Related to Non-Exclusive Use

  • Exclusive use means the sole use by a single consignor of a conveyance for which all initial, intermediate, and final loading and unloading are carried out in accordance with the direction of the consignor or consignee. The consignor and the carrier must ensure that any loading or unloading is performed by personnel having radiological training and resources appropriate for safe handling of the consignment. The consignor must issue specific instructions, in writing, for maintenance of exclusive use shipment controls, and include them with the shipping paper information provided to the carrier by the consignor.

  • Exclusive Use Area means a part or parts of the common property for the exclusive use by the owner or owners of one or more sections;

  • re-use means any operation by which products or components that are not waste are used again for the same purpose for which they were conceived;

  • Active User means PSC employees, and any users actively participating on the system in any given month of operation, who shall be bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensor does not impose a limit on the number of Active Users accessing or registering to use the system.

  • General Conditions Cost means costs incurred and minor work performed by Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”. The maximum allowable General Conditions Cost payable to Contractor during the Construction Phase of the Project is set out in Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.

  • Maintenance and Support means updates, upgrades, patches, fixes, etc. and technical support provided for the Products and Services that Supplier is required to provide directly to DXC or a DXC Customer.
