Common use of Non-Emergency Transportation Clause in Contracts

Non-Emergency Transportation. a) Transportation expenses are covered for MMC Enrollees when transportation is essential in order for a MMC Enrollee to obtain necessary medical care and services which are covered under the Medicaid program (either as part of the Contractor's Benefit Package or by Medicaid fee-for-service).
