CONTRACTOR shall transport Client to locations 15 that are considered necessary and/or important to the Client's recovery plan including, but not limited to, 16 Social Security Administration offices for Supplemental Security Income benefits and for non- 17 emergency medical or mental health services not identified in Subparagraph 22.a. above, that require 18 treatment at a physician office, urgent care, or emergency room when an ambulance provider is not 19 necessary or required for transportation based on the level of severity and/or services required by the 20 Client.
