Common use of Non-Discrimination Policy Clause in Contracts

Non-Discrimination Policy. Contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment, nor against any SubContractor or applicant for a subcontract, because of race, color, religious creed, age, sex, actual or perceived sexual orientation, national origin, disability as defined by the ADA or veteran’s status.
