Non-Binding Communications. 10.1 Upon the request of either party, and at a time and place mutually agreeable, the Superintendent and the President of the Union may meet to facilitate the opening of communications pertaining to matters of mutual concern to the parties. This exchange may include such as safety and dress standards for bargaining unit employees. 10.2 Provided, however, that neither party is required to meet with the other more frequently than once every thirty (30) days. 10.3 Neither this provision, nor any act taken in furtherance thereof shall be construed so as to place upon either party a duty to collective bargain as to any issue raised therein. 10.4 Neither this article nor any of its provisions, shall serve in lieu of the formal grievance procedure established by this agreement.
