Common use of Nomination of candidates Clause in Contracts

Nomination of candidates. A member may nominate a candidate for Director, or a member may volunteer to be a nominee for Director, either before or at a meeting at which Directors are to be elected. A member who is not present at the meeting may not be nominated unless that member has consented in writing to act as a Director.
