No Warranty of Suitability by Issuer. THE PARTNERSHIP RECOGNIZES THAT SINCE THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTIONS FOR ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING AND INSTALLING THE PROJECT ARE FURNISHED BY IT, THE ISSUER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, NOR OFFERS ANY ASSURANCES THAT THE PROJECT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR THE PARTNERSHIP'S PURPOSES OR NEEDS OR THAT THE PROCEEDS DERIVED FROM THE SALE OF THE BONDS WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO PAY IN FULL ALL PROJECT COSTS.
