No Warranties by the Seller. 9.1. The Seller does not give any representations or warranties of any nature whatsoever, whether express or tacit or implied by law, contract or otherwise, and whether or not they induced the entry into this Agreement, and the Contracting Party hereby irrevocably and unconditionally waives any right (common law or otherwise) that it may have to rely on any representation or warranty, it being agreed between the Parties that the Accepted Sale Assets is purchased on an as is basis and the Seller shall not be liable for any defects in respect thereof, whether patent or latent.
