Common use of No Trust Relationship Clause in Contracts

No Trust Relationship. Neither the execution of this Agreement, nor any right, duty or obligation of Administrative Agent-Servicer under or pursuant to this Agreement, is intended to be or create, and none of the foregoing shall be construed to be or create, any express, implied or constructive trust relationship between the aforenamed parties and any Participant. Each Participant hereby agrees and stipulates that none of the aforenamed parties is acting as trustee for such Participant with respect to the Loan, this Agreement, or any aspect of either, or in any other respect.
