No Agency Relationship. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to authorize or empower either party to act as agent for the other party to this Agreement, or to conduct business in the name, or for the account, of the other party to this Agreement.

No Agency Relationship. Buyer and Seller acknowledge that, if they are not represented by Brokers in a client relationship, they are each solely responsible for protecting their own interests, and that Broker’s role is limited to performing ministerial acts for that party.

Neither party shall have the right or authority to assume or create any obligations or responsibility whatsoever, express or implied, on behalf of or in the name of the other, or to bind the other in any respect whatsoever.

The Custodian shall be an independent contractor of the Fund and neither the Custodian nor any of its managers, officers, employees, representatives or agents as such, is or shall be an employee of the Fund. The Custodian is responsible for its own conduct and the employment, control and conduct of its managers, officers, employees, representatives and agents.
No Agency Relationship. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to authorize or empower Firstar to act as agent for the other party to this Agreement, or to conduct business in the name of, or for the account of the other party to this Agreement.
No Agency Relationship. USBFS shall for all purposes herein be deemed to be an independent contractor and shall, unless otherwise expressly provided or authorized herein, have no authority to act for or represent the Administrator or the Fund in any way or otherwise be deemed an agent of the Administrator or the Fund, or conduct business in the name, or for the account, of the Administrator or the Fund.
No Agency Relationship. This Agreement does not create an agency relationship between City and Contractor and does not establish a joint venture or partnership between City and Contractor. Contractor does not have the authority to bind City or represent to any person that Contractor is an agent of City.
