Common use of NO SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN OR DELISTING OF COMMON STOCK Clause in Contracts

NO SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN OR DELISTING OF COMMON STOCK. The trading of the Common Stock shall not have been suspended by the SEC or the Principal Market, or otherwise halted for any reason, and the Common Stock shall have been approved for listing or quotation on and shall not have been delisted from or no longer quoted on the Principal Market. In the event of a suspension, delisting, or halting for any reason, of the trading of the Common Stock, as contemplated by this Section 7.2(g), the Investor shall have the right to return to the Company any amount of Purchase Notice Shares associated with such Purchase Notice, and the Investment Amount with respect to such Purchase Notice shall be refunded accordingly.
