No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. The Common Stock shall not have been suspended, as of the Closing Date, by the Commission or the Principal Trading Market from trading on the Principal Trading Market nor shall suspension by the Commission or the Principal Trading Market have been threatened, as of the Closing Date, either (A) in writing by the Commission or the Principal Trading Market or (B) by falling below the minimum listing maintenance requirements of the Principal Trading Market.
No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. The trading in the Common Stock shall not have been restricted or suspended by the Commission, Nasdaq or any other market or exchange where such Common Stock is traded (except for any suspension of trading of limited duration solely to permit dissemination of material information regarding the Company).

Trading in the Common Stock shall not have been suspended by the Commission (except for any suspensions of trading of not more than one Business Day solely to permit dissemination of material information regarding the Company) at any time since the date of execution of this Agreement, and the Common Stock shall have been at all times since such date listed for trading on a trading market or quoted on an over-the-counter electronic quotation system;

From the date hereof to the Closing Date, trading in the Common Stock shall not have been suspended by the Commission (except for any suspension of trading of limited duration agreed to by the Company, which suspension shall be terminated prior to the Closing), and, at any time prior to the Closing Date, trading in securities generally as reported by Bloomberg Financial Markets shall not have been suspended or limited, or minimum prices shall not have been established on securities whose trades are reported by such service, or on any Trading Market, nor shall a banking moratorium have been declared either by the United States or New York State authorities nor shall there have occurred any material outbreak or escalation of hostilities or other national or international calamity of such magnitude in its effect on, or any material adverse change in, any financial market which, in each case, in the reasonable judgment of each Investor, makes it impracticable or inadvisable to purchase the Shares and the Warrants at the Closing; and
No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. The Common Stock shall not have been suspended, as of the Closing Date, by the Commission or Nasdaq from trading on Nasdaq.
No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. The Common Stock (1) shall be designated for listing or quotation on the Principal Market and (2) shall not have been suspended, as of any Purchase Date, by the Commission or the Principal Market from trading on the Principal Market nor shall suspension by the Commission or the Principal Market have been threatened, as of any Purchase Date, either (A) in writing by the Commission or the Principal Market or (B) by falling below any minimum listing maintenance requirements of the Principal Market. The Company shall have filed the Listing of Additional Shares Notification form with the Principal Market.
No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. Trading in the Common Stock shall not have been suspended by the SEC or any other applicable authority at any time since the date of execution of this Agreement;
No Suspensions of Trading in Common Stock. The trading of the Common Stock shall not have been suspended, as of the Closing Date, by the SEC. As of the Closing Date, the Common Stock shall be quoted for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.
