Common use of No Structural Alteration and Prohibited Installations Clause in Contracts

No Structural Alteration and Prohibited Installations. Not alter, modify or in any manner change the structure or any civil construction in the said Apartment and the building. The Allottee shall not install any dish-antenna on the balcony and/or windows of the Building and/or on any external part of the Building and/or the roof thereof. In the event the Developer and/or the Association coming to know (before or after deed of conveyance) of any change made by the Allottee then the Developer and/or the Association shall be entitled to demolish the changes and restore the said Apartment at the cost of the Allottee. The Allottee shall be liable to make payment of the aforesaid cost without raising any objection as liability for payment of the same has arisen due to default of the Allottee.
