Local 1 agrees that neither Local 1, nor any person acting in its behalf, will cause, authorize, engage in, sanction, nor will any of its members take part in, at the request of Local 1, a strike against the District, or the concerted failure to report for duty, or willful absence from his/her duties of employment.
