Common use of No Statements Clause in Contracts

No Statements. You hereby agree that you will not, both during the term of your employment with Delta and after your Termination of Employment, (i) make any oral or written statement to the news media, in any public forum, or to any business competitive with Delta concerning any actions or inactions by Delta or any of its current or former subsidiaries or Affiliates or any of their present or former officers, directors, or employees (the “Delta Parties”), relative to the Delta Parties’ compliance with any state, federal or local law or rule or (ii) make any oral or written statement or take any other action that disparages or criticizes the Delta Parties, including, but not limited to, any such statement that damages the Delta Parties’ good reputation or impairs their normal operations or activities.

You hereby agree that you will not, both during the term of and after your employment with Delta and after your Termination of EmploymentDelta, (i) make any oral or written statement to the news media, in any public forum, forum or to any business competitive with Delta Delta, its subsidiaries or affiliates concerning any actions or inactions by Delta or any of its current present or former subsidiaries or Affiliates affiliates or any of their present or former officers, directors, directors or employees (the “Delta Parties”), ) relative to the Delta Parties’ compliance with any state, federal or local law or rule or (ii) rule. You also agree that you will not make any oral or written statement or take any other action that which disparages or criticizes the Delta Parties, including, but not limited to, any such statement that damages the Delta Parties’ good reputation or impairs their normal operations or activities.
