No Statements. You hereby agree that you will not, both during the term of your employment with Delta and after your Termination of Employment, (i) make any oral or written statement to the news media, in any public forum, or to any business competitive with Delta concerning any actions or inactions by Delta or any of its current or former subsidiaries or Affiliates or any of their present or former officers, directors, or employees (the “Delta Parties”), relative to the Delta Parties’ compliance with any state, federal or local law or rule or (ii) make any oral or written statement or take any other action that disparages or criticizes the Delta Parties, including, but not limited to, any such statement that damages the Delta Parties’ good reputation or impairs their normal operations or activities.

Subcontractor shall at all times obtain prior approval from VEIC and the CA before it, or any of its officers, agents, employees, or subcontractors, makes any statement that may reflect on DOEE or the District, or states or implies it is speaking on behalf of DOEE or the District. Subcontractor shall at all times inform VEIC and the CA 48 hours in advance before it, or any of its officers, agents, employees or subcontractors, either during or after expiration or termination of this Subcontract, makes any statement, or issue any material, for publication through any medium of communication, bearing on the work performed or data collected under this Subcontract.

Subject to the provisions of Section 3.d., I also agree that I will not make any oral or written statement or take any other action which disparages or criticizes the Delta Parties, including, but not limited to any such statement which damages the Delta Parties' good reputation or impairs their normal operations or activities.
