No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. WEST and each other Person within the Serviced Group agree that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and any Person within the Serviced Group, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of any Lessee of, or purchaser of, any Asset or any manufacturer, representative, maintenance facility, contractor, vendor or supplier utilized by the Servicer in connection with its performance of the Services and, subject to the Standard of Liability, the Servicer shall have no liability with respect to such third parties.
No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. 6.2 The Customer agrees that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and the Customer and the Lessor, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of the Lessee or any vendor or supplier utilised by the Servicer in connection with its performance of the Services. Each of AerCo and the Subsidiaries agrees that as between the Servicer in its capacity as such, on the one hand, and any Person within AerCo Group, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of any Lessee of, or purchaser of, any Aircraft Asset or any vendor or supplier utilized by the Servicer in connection with its performance of the Services.
No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. WEST and each Subsidiary agree that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and WEST or any Subsidiary, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of any Lessee of, or purchaser of, any Engine or any manufacturer, representative, maintenance facility, contractor, vendor or supplier utilized by the Servicer in connection with its performance of the Services and, subject to the Standard of Liability, the Servicer shall have no liability with respect to such third parties.
No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. LIFT agrees that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and each of LIFT and the other Persons within the LIFT Group, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of any Lessee of, or purchaser of, any Aircraft Asset or any vendor or supplier utilized by the Servicer in connection with its performance of the Services.
No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. Each of MSAF and the Subsidiaries agrees that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and any Person within the MSAF Group, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of any Lessee of, or purchaser of, any Aircraft Asset or any manufacturer, representative, maintenance facility, contractor, vendor or supplier utilized by the Servicer in connection with its performance of the Services and, subject to the Standard of Liability, the Servicer shall have no liability with respect to such third parties.
No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. GFL agrees that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and each of GFL and the other Persons within the GFL Group and Genesis and its Affiliates, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of any Lessee of, or purchaser of, any Aircraft Asset or any vendor or supplier utilized by or any other Person party to a contract with the Servicer or any Person within the GFL Group in connection with Servicer’s performance of the Services.
No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. Each Serviced Group Member agrees that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and such Serviced Group Member, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of: (a) any Lessee or purchaser of any Aircraft Asset; or (b) any Sub-Servicer, manufacturer, representative, maintenance facility, contractor, vendor or supplier utilized by the Servicer in connection with its performance of the Services and, subject to the Standard of Liability, the Servicer shall have no liability with respect to such third parties.
No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. The Company agrees that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and each of the Company and the other Persons within the Company Group and Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx Air Limited and its Affiliates, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of any Lessee of, or purchaser of, any Aircraft Asset or any vendor or supplier utilized by or any other Person party to a contract with the Servicer or any Person within the Company Group in connection with Servicer’s performance of the Services.
No Representation with Respect to Third Parties. GAL agrees that as between the Servicer, on the one hand, and each of GAL and the other Persons within the GAL Group and Genesis and its Affiliates, on the other hand, no representation is made as to the financial condition and affairs of any Lessee of, or purchaser of, any Aircraft Asset or any vendor or supplier utilized by or any other Person party to a contract with the Servicer or any Person within the GAL Group in connection with Servicer’s performance of the Services.
