Common use of No Reduction Clause in Contracts

No Reduction. There shall be no material reduction or diminution of the benefits provided in this section during the term of this Agreement unless (i) the Executive consents, (ii) an equitable arrangement (embodied in a substitute or alternative benefit or plan) is made with respect to such benefit or plan, or (iii) the reduction is part of a program of across-the-board benefit reductions similarly affecting the senior executive officers of the Company.
