Common use of No rebates etc Clause in Contracts

No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to the Borrower or any Security Party in connection with the purchase by any Guarantor of any Acquired Ship, other than as disclosed to the Lenders in writing on or prior to the Drawdown Date of the Advance relating to that Acquired Ship.

No rebates etc. There is no agreement or understanding to allow or pay any rebate, premium, commission, discount or other benefit or payment (howsoever described) to the Borrower any Borrower, a Builder, CSTC or any Security Party in connection with the purchase by any Guarantor each Borrower of any Acquired each Ship, other than as disclosed to the Lenders in writing on or prior to the Drawdown Date date of the Advance relating to that Acquired Shipthis Agreement.
