Common use of No Poaching Clause in Contracts

Unless as a result of a generally available job posting, no Member will poach any employee of other Members with whom they have been engaged on any Project, at least not without payment of reasonable agreed compensation or buy-out fee, unless Traktion Technologies expressly provides in writing that this compensation or buy-out fee is not needed or waived.
