Common use of No Other Material Liability Clause in Contracts

No Other Material Liability. No event has occurred in connection with which any Sellers or any Employee Plan, directly or indirectly, would be subject to any material Liability (A) under any Regulation or Court Order relating to any Employee Plans or (B) pursuant to any obligation of the Target or such Subsidiary to indemnify any person against Liability incurred under any such Regulation or Court Order as they relate to the Employee Plans.

No Other Material Liability. No event has occurred in connection with which any Sellers or any ERISA Affiliate or any Employee Plan, directly or indirectly, would be subject to any material Liability (A) under any Regulation or Court Order relating to any Employee Plans or (B) pursuant to any obligation of the Target or such Subsidiary to indemnify any person against Liability incurred under any such Regulation or Court Order as they relate to the Employee Plans.

No event has occurred in connection with which any Sellers the Companies or any Employee Plan, directly or indirectly, would could be subject to any material Liability liability (A) under any Regulation statute, regulation or Court Order governmental order relating to any Employee Plans Plan or (B) pursuant to any obligation of the Target or such Subsidiary Companies to indemnify any person against Liability liability incurred under any such Regulation statute, regulation or Court Order order as they relate to the Employee Plans.

No Other Material Liability. No event has occurred in connection with which any Sellers Purchaser or any Employee Plan, directly or indirectly, would could be subject to any material Liability (A) under any Regulation statute, regulation or Court Order governmental order relating to any Employee Plans or (B) pursuant to any obligation of the Target Seller or such Subsidiary any ERISA Affiliate to indemnify any person against Liability incurred under any such Regulation statute, regulation or Court Order order as they relate to the Employee Plans.

No Other Material Liability. No event has occurred in connection with which any Sellers Seller or any Employee Plan, directly or indirectly, would could be subject to any material Liability (A) under any Regulation statute, regulation or Court Order governmental order relating to any Employee Plans Plan or (B) pursuant to any obligation of the Target or such Subsidiary Seller to indemnify any person against Liability incurred under any such Regulation statute, regulation or Court Order order as they relate to the Employee Plans.
