Future Additional City Incentives. The City agrees to consider in good faith applications for economic incentives in the future in connection with the proposed development within the Project that will provide jobs, attract tourism or otherwise stimulate economic activity in the City if the City determines that such requests are consistent with this Agreement and the general policies of the City at such time.
