No Obligation to Third Parties. None of the obligations and duties of the MSO or the New PC under this Agreement shall in any way or in any manner be deemed to create any obligation of the MSO or of the New PC to, or any rights in, any person or entity not a party to this Agreement other than OMEGA which shall be deemed a party for limited purposes as set forth in this Agreement.
