No Obligation to Provide Work. During any period after notice of termination has been served by either party there shall be no obligation on the Company to require you to work or perform any duties or services for the Company or to provide you with any work and if the Company gives written notice to you requiring you not to work or to perform any duties or services for any given period, or the Company has invoked Clause 17.5, then during such period you shall not, without prejudice to the other terms of this Agreement, be entitled to attend at or have access to the offices or documents of the Company or take up any other position of employment or remuneration (save any previously approved by the Board of Directors) provided however that you will continue to be entitled to receive your full remuneration and other benefits in accordance with the terms hereof.

No Obligation to Provide Work. During the continuance of his employment hereunder (including, but not limited to, any period after notice of termination has been served), there shall be no obligation on the Company to require the Executive to work or perform any duties and if the Company gives written notice to the Executive that it requires the Executive not to work or perform any duties for any given period, then during such period the Executive:-
No Obligation to Provide Work. Neither the Employer nor the Company nor any of their affiliates is under any obligation to provide the Executive with any work. At any time after notice of termination is given by either party pursuant to Section 4, or if the Executive resigns without giving due notice and the Employer does not accept his resignation, the Employer may, at its absolute discretion, require the Executive to take a period of absence called garden leave for a maximum period of 6 months (the “Garden Leave Period”).   • No Obligation to Mitigate Executive shall not be required to seek other employment or otherwise to mitigate Executive's damages upon any termination of employment; provided, however, that, to the extent Executive receives from a subsequent employer health or other insurance benefits that are substantially similar to the benefits referred to in Section 5(b) hereof, any such benefits to be provided by the Company to Executive following the Term shall be correspondingly reduced.

  • No Obligation to Mitigate Damages Executive shall not be required to mitigate damages or the amount of any payment provided for under this Agreement by seeking (and no payment otherwise required hereunder shall be reduced on account of) other employment or otherwise, nor will any payments hereunder be subject to offset in respect of any claims which the Company may have against Executive.
