No Multiemployer Plans. At no time has either of the Sellers or any member of the Group sponsored, maintained, contributed to, had any obligation to contribute to, or incurred, or expects to incur, any liability regarding any multiemployer plan (as defined in Section 3(37) or Section 4001(a)(2) of ERISA).
