No Mitigation Required. The Executive shall not be required to mitigate the amount of any payment provided for in this Agreement, nor shall any payment or benefit provided for in this Agreement be offset by any compensation earned by the Executive as the result of employment by another employer, by retirement benefits (provided that the foregoing shall not cause Section 6 to result in a duplication of benefits provided under any retirement plan), or be offset against any amount claimed to be owed by the Executive to the Corporation, or otherwise.
