NO GRANT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. AIC reserves all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Confidential Information and no rights or obligations other than those expressly stipulated in this NDA are granted or to be implied from this NDA. In particular, no license is hereby granted directly or indirectly under any patent, invention, discovery, copyright or other industrial property right now or in the future held, made, obtained or licensable by AIC.
