No Filing or Stamp Taxes. Under the laws of its Relevant Tax Jurisdiction and, if different, the United Kingdom, in force as at the Original Execution Date, it is not necessary that any of the Finance Documents to which it is party be filed, recorded or enrolled with any court or other authority in such jurisdiction or that any stamp, registration or similar tax be paid on or in relation to any of them other than those filings which are necessary to perfect the Security and save as stated in the Reservations.
