Common use of No Filing or Stamp Taxes Clause in Contracts

No Filing or Stamp Taxes. Under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is incorporated or established in force at the date hereof, it is not necessary that any of the Finance Documents to which it is a party be filed, recorded or enrolled with any court or other authority in such jurisdiction or that any stamp, registration or similar tax be paid on or in relation to any Finance Document other than the entries in public registries referred to in Clause 15.5 (Validity and Admissibility in Evidence) and fixed duties on assignments by way of security.
