No Eligibility for Severance. For the avoidance of doubt, the act of either party providing written notice of its intention to not extend the Term, or the expiration of the Term either on March 31, 2017 or as a result of a party providing such written notice to not extend the Term, shall not trigger any rights to or eligibility for severance, including without limitation those payments and benefits described under Sections 3(d)(i) or 3(d)(ii).
