Common use of No Early Completion Clause in Contracts

No Early Completion. Contractor shall not submit a schedule showing early completion without indicating float time through the date set for Project completion by Owner. Contractor’s schedule shall account for all days past early completion as float which belongs to the Project. Usage of float shall not entitle Contractor to any delay claim or damages due to delay.
