No Disparaging Statements. Each Shareholder on the one hand, and Investor, on the other hand, each agree not to, directly or indirectly, disparage the other party or any of its Affiliates, except as required by applicable Law. Notwithstanding the forgoing, nothing in this Section 4.7 shall prevent any Person from making any truthful statement to the extent (i) necessary in connection with any litigation involving this Agreement, the Investment Agreement or any related agreement, including the enforcement of this Agreement or (ii) required by Law or by Governmental Entities with apparent jurisdiction or authority to order or require such Person to disclose or make accessible such information.
