No Disparaging Statements. In the event of termination of Employee's employment for any reason by Company or Employee, Employee will not at any time publicly denigrate, ridicule or intentionally criticize Company or any of its affiliates including, without limitation, by way of news interviews, or the expression of personal views, opinions or judgments to the news media. Similarly, neither Company nor any of its affiliates will publicly denigrate, ridicule or intentionally criticize Employee.
