Common use of NO DISCRIMINATION OR COERCION Clause in Contracts

NO DISCRIMINATION OR COERCION. The Union agrees that it will not, nor will it permit its agents or members to engage in intimidation or coercion to obtain members or to discriminate against or to intimidate employees who are not members of the Union. The Union agrees to refrain from soliciting membership on the Company’s time. The Union agrees to refrain from conducting any business or other activity on the Company’s time or property except as provided for under the terms of this Agreement. The Company agrees that there will be no discrimination against or intimidation of any employee.
